Sir Paul McCarney & Rick Rubin Documentary
Rick Rubin interviews Paul McCartney and I had the best seat in house :)
This was a true labor of love.
Paul McCartney and Rick Rubin have come together — heads nodding — for a new six-episode series titled McCartney 3, 2, 1, which has finally arrived on Hulu. The documentary series gives fans a peek behind all the classics and deep cuts throughout McCartney’s iconic career, from his work with the Beatles to Wings and even his solo records.
Billy Joel
What a treat to work with Billy Joel again!
After all these years, he is in the best place I’ve ever seen him!
He has a wonderful wife that has given him a 4 and 2 year old and he just beams when he talks about them. His dressing room has pictures of all of his children and at 70 he is the happiest that I have ever seen him.
He still sells out EVERY show he performs and really puts is heart into his music.
Having sold more than 150 million records, Billy Joel ranks as one of most popular recording artists and respected entertainers in the world. Throughout the years, Joel’s songs have acted as personal and cultural touchstones for millions of people, mirroring his own goal of writing songs that “meant something during the time in which I lived … and transcended that time.”
Dreams do come true!
The 60th Annual Grammy Awards 2018
The Grammys are back in New York City !!!!!
The 60th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony was held on January 28, 2018. The CBS network broadcast the show live from Madison Square Garden in New York City.[2] It was the first time since 2003 that the ceremony was held outside Los Angeles (where the Staples Center had been the home of the Grammys since 2004). James Corden returned as host.[3]
The ceremony recognizes the best recordings, compositions and artists of the eligibility year, which ran from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017. The nominations were announced on November 28, 2017. The "pre-telecast" ceremony (officially named The Premiere Ceremony) was be held on the same day prior to the main ceremony.
I was the Department Supervisor for Glam (25 assistants) so it was a 3 ring Circus getting Lady Gaga's backup singers ready along with Daddy Yankee, Rihanna, SZA & Despacito but I LOVED every minute of it :)
I truly hope the Grammys come back to NYC!!!
Dave Matthews
Let me just say how low key Dave Matthews has always been.
He is so low maintenance!
Believe it or not it does take a small effort to look rugged :D
Here is Dave getting a hair cut & beard trim at Lincoln Jazz.
My day was a piece of cake !
Bob Dylan
So imagine getting a phone call in the middle of another huge show… Can you please fly to Birmingham Alabama to work with Bob Dylan?
Well, Bob & I have a long history.. we even share the same chiropractor.
Needless to say I was on the first plane the next day & met my friend .
Bob did a fabulous song from his new album "Fallen Angels" on a very closed set.
In the mean time I asked him about accepting his Noble Prize…
Mission accomplished.. Bob went to accept his Nobel Prize & his new album is a great success.
Life is good!
VH1 Divas Unsilent Night
‘Tis the season for wigs, sequins, and piping hot vocals, because the VH1 Divas are coming to town.
On Friday night, the network decked the halls of Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre with the likes of Chaka Khan, Mariah Carey, Patti LaBelle, Vanessa Williams, Teyana Taylor, Diana Gordon, JoJo, Bebe Rexha, Remy Ma, and more for one of the most festive musical events of the season.
With iconic performances of original tunes and larger-than-life costume changes to covers of time-tested holiday classics, the full VH1 Divas: Unsilent.
Brooklyn was on fire !!!
Most all the Divas had their own glam squad but myself & team jumped in for all the dancers & did help with all haircuts & eye lashes :D.
ood start to the holidays.

Sting
Well, what can I say about Sting? A genius doesn't even cover it.
He has enlighten the world with Transcendental Mediation and tries to save he rainforest and oh yeah, he's a total ROCKSTAR!
Working with Sting is like you get to have the perfect day of music and love. He can make anyone feel like they are the only person in the room. Woman and men are true fans.
I've done many charity events with Sting as well, from Carnage Hall, Lincoln Center, The Met, at his home for interviews and every time he is as gracious as the next.
Lord knows he is not bad to look at too :D
