“Suffs” filmed for PBS

Suffs is a musical with music, lyrics, and a book by Shaina Taub, based on suffragists and the American women's suffrage movement, focusing primarily on the historical events leading up to the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution in 1920 that gave some women the right to vote.

“Suffs” won 2 Tony Awards as well !

This was a very challenging play to pull off for TV as the cast had 24 female strong leads.

By the 2nd day we were all family :)

I admire every woman that had a part in this production including the stage manager. We all worked together like a fine oiled machine.

It’s impossible to have that many egos in one room and we ALL checked ours at the door.

That’s how you run a show !
